AgeWise Colorado

AgeWise Colorado (www.agewisecolorado.org) is a rapidly growing 501c3 non profit with a mission to connect the 40+ years of age Coloradans to the information, education, and vetted service providers when the need arises. We are building out a network of organizations of all types: for profit, non profit, government agencies who have one thing in common: providing services that help our aging population live their best lives. But it's not enough to be able to find reliable service providers easily and quickly, we also provide contextual information and education around the many facets of the aging experience. For example: need someone to help with caregiving for a loved one? AgeWise provides a growing list of vetted providers, AND information on the different types and costs of this care.
