ColoradoResponds.org website was created in partnership between Colorado Voluntary Organizations Active on Disaster (COVOAD) and the Donation and Volunteer Coordination Team (DVCT), in cooperation with Colorado's Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM).
