Kind Connection Telephone Volunteer
During this time of pandemic and isolation, we are seeking volunteers who are looking to connect with people who would like a friendly connection and someone to talk with.
Volunteers will be asked to call a minimum of three people per week who have self identified from our communities and would like a "Kind Connection" phone call. We will provide a script of suggested language and guidelines for conversations. We will also offer a list of resources if community members are looking for mental health or other services. Volunteers will be required to complete a background check prior to volunteering.
